A graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Doug's exceptional culinary skills earned him the title of Executive Chef at age 27. Since graduating, he has versed himself in several styles of cuisine and crossed the country to work in Arizona, Illinois, Pennsylvania & Ohio. Doug is passionate about every detail of the cooking process, hand-preparing the freshest ingredients until dishes evolve into a total package of appearance, smell & taste.
